Most Senior Living communities charge for assistance with activities of daily living based on complicated “point” or tiered Care-Level pricing systems. At The Colonnade we have a different and better approach.

Our affordable residency fees include all personal care services offered to our Senior Living Residents. They are subject only to an annual Cost of Living adjustment. That’s it. No “Points” or “Levels.”
